HEIRLOOM CHEF

When those old chisels , files, saw blades or other high carbon steel tools you’ve inherited need to be made new again. I hand forge weld them together into a billet of SAN MAI or GO MAI then use that billet to make a chef knife to be used daily to prepare meals for your family. OR gift to a member of your family.
This knife will be completely formed by hand hammer and power hammer then belt finished. Many,Many hours go into these hand forged chefs knives. Handle will be of stabilized wood with brass bolster.
Will have a blade approximately 7” in. Length and handle approximately 5”.
