GARASUKI Pattern chef knife.

Although wider and probably a bit heavier than your typical Garasuki this one is sure to find a place in your roll. Hand forged from Early high carbon saw steel then hardened and tempered to around 60-61 RC hardness. Blade length is approxomately 6”.
This knife is available in the stacked handle or solid wood handle. Full tang construction ensures solid function and control while executing any kitchen task.
